Health Connect 24x7 provides consumers with a true 24x7 population health management. Our goal is to ensure appropriate balance between quality and cost, starting from the moment you access our physician helpline to the point of recovery. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: General Physician (Fully Onsite) Location: Yaba, Lagos Employment Type: Contract Responsibilities: Document all encounters in the Health Connect 24x7 Call Center software (Secure access and training will be provided). Attend the Health education: and promotion events. Attend the clinical workshops. Be available when on duty to receive warm-transferred calls. Time delays in connecting with the doctor lead to a decreased ability to have a positive impact on patients. Works to ensure that patients are directed to and receive care in an appropriate venue promptly. Participate in Company Doctors, which includes one-to-one patient consultations. Participates in programs that may be independent of or integrated with other parts of delivery systems involved in tele-monitoring of patients with designated medical conditions designed to respond to telemonitoring data and integrate with patient’s care. If a problem can SAFELY be handled through advice only, following established standards of medical care and following Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures, provides such advice and records all information in electronic record format. Perform other duties as assigned Clearly communicate to patients and care coordinators advice and expectations of outcome. Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from the care coordinator and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures. Works in a team-based environment to help achieve maximum benefit from the program through care integration Requirements: Respect for patient’s confidentiality Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details Responsible and trustworthy Broad knowledge of common medications, side effects and contraindications Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients Skills & Abilities Good Computer skills for keeping patient records Flexible with shift basis Excellent time management to balance calls with system records Excellent oral and written communication skills Flexible to work on a shift basis Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively Salary Gross Pay for NYSC: 350,000 Monthly.
