The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of signage projects, supervising installation teams, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting field operations. Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Install, maintain, repair, and remove indoor and outdoor signage, billboards, banners, branding materials, and related advertising structures. Handle the installation and maintenance of illuminated signages, lighting systems, and other electrical components associated with advertising displays. Conduct site inspections and assess installation requirements before project execution. Coordinate and supervise installation crews, contractors, and field technicians when required. Ensure all installations are completed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Monitor the condition of installed signage and recommend maintenance or replacement where necessary. Maintain installation tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are properly utilized and stored. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to signage structures, lighting, and mounting systems. Liaise with clients, landlords, vendors, and regulatory authorities during project execution when necessary. Prepare field reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and status updates. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Support other operational activities within the outdoor advertising business as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in signage installation, outdoor advertising operations, branding, fabrication, or related technical field. Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor signage systems, mounting techniques, and maintenance procedures. Experience working with illuminated signage, electrical fittings, and lighting components is an advantage. Ability to read installation drawings, measurements, and site specifications. Good understanding of safety procedures and working at heights. Ability to supervise field teams and coordinate multiple installation projects. Physically fit and willing to travel to project locations as required. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is an added advantage. Preferred Requirements: Knowledge of fabrication materials and signage production process Experience in outdoor advertising, media, branding, or construction-related operations. Basic electrical and technical troubleshooting skills. Good communication and reporting skills.
