We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Student Recruitment and Admissions Lead Location: VI, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Partnerships Manager Role Summary This is a hands-on, target-driven role involving field recruitment, relationship building, admissions coordination, lead management and data-driven follow-up. We are looking for a Student Recruitment & Admissions Lead to manage the student recruitment and admissions process, from generating qualified interest to converting applicants into enrolled students. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment events, outreach materials and admissions communications Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide weekly funnel reports Coordinate recruitment campaigns and activities with Marketing Conduct outreach across schools, communities, youth networks and relevant events Lead career talks, information sessions, open days and student/parent engagements Gather prospect and partner feedback and recommend improvements to recruitment processes Develop relationships with schools, community organisations, sponsors and other stakeholders Guide applicants through application, assessment, offer, payment and enrolment Develop weekly and monthly recruitment plans against enrolment targets Capture, qualify and follow up with prospects through the recruitment pipeline Requirements: Experience: using a CRM, admissions platform or structured lead tracker 3–5 years’ experience: in student recruitment, admissions, field sales, edtech enrolment, community mobilisation, training-program recruitment or a similar target-driven role Strong field execution and event facilitation skills Proven experience: managing prospects through a recruitment funnel and achieving conversion/enrolment targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience: in vocational education, workforce development or social-impact programs is an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience: in Marketing, Business, Education, Social Sciences or a related field Knowledge of Lagos communities, schools and youth networks is an advantage Ability to analyse basic recruitment funnel data Salary N300,000 per month.
