The role shall also be responsible for interfacing with regulatory and government Agencies while ensuring monthly report of activities to the Team. This position shall be responsible for ensuring weekly reporting of the activities of the Team. He/She will undertake all corporate administrative duties of the Dept. as may be directed by the HoD. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Timely and efficient drafting of contracts, vetting of Agreements, MoU’S and Leases. Review Licenses, Highlight obligations and make adequate observations and recommendations. Timely processing of regulatory requirements: and demands from government agencies to forestall disruptions.to Company’s operations and activities. Render legal opinion on any relevant topic/subject to the HoD and Management as the need arises. Contribution to risk management and business development. Liaise with other Government Agencies on business related matters as may be instructed by HoD and Management and give time feedback as required.
