The ideal candidate must adhere strictly to traffic regulations, pharmaceutical safety standards, and delivery schedules while ensuring excellent customer service. We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver / Dispatch Rider to join our logistics team. Key Responsibilities: Verify delivery contents, obtain delivery acknowledgments/signatures, and collect payments or cheques where required. Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Handle sensitive and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical products with care. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries. Assist with the safe loading and unloading of products. Report accidents, mechanical faults, or delivery issues promptly. Maintain accurate delivery logs and relevant documentation. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle or motorcycle. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager. Ensure the prompt pickup and delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and customers. Requirements: High level of integrity and responsibility. Valid Rider's Permit (Class A). Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and routes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance. Excellent time management and reliability. Minimum of SSCE qualification. Minimum of 1–2 years' experience: as a Dispatch Rider. Experience: handling confidential or sensitive packages is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. Salary N120,000 monthly.
