We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations, coordinate factory floor teams, and ensure smooth production runs. The ideal candidate will maintain high quality standards, drive target achievement, and enforce shop-floor safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Monitor shop-floor processes, enforcing strict adherence to safety (HSE), cleanliness, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Complete accurate shift reports capturing production output, downtime reasons, raw material usage, and scrap rates. Allocate floor personnel efficiently across operational lines to minimize downtime and labor waste. Oversee shift production output to ensure daily targets, quality standards and timelines are met. Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment faults promptly. Qualifications & Requirements: Note: This position is strictly open to Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders. Strong understanding of shop-floor workflows, basic machine operations, and safety standards. Good leadership, communication, and shift-coordination skills. Educational Qualification: OND ONLY in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical discipline. (HND, B.Sc., or higher degrees will not be considered). Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of direct prior production floor experience: in a manufacturing or industrial factory environment. Candidates without prior factory/production experience: will be disqualified.
