Specific Duties & Activities Counter measures for bomb threat. Spot check of the back store, registers & entry point for vendor / suppliers and other points of exit / entry. Compliance with company policies & procedures on Safety & security measures Maintain safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Control and monitor access to restricted areas of the hotel, ensuring that only authorized personnel are granted entry. Ensure Fire safety norms & standards are strictly adhering to. And any assigned task by the management. Assist the management in enforcing staff discipline, rules and regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate those risks. Monitor surveillance equipment and access points permitting entry. Develop and maintain a crisis management plan to effectively handle emergencies, natural disasters, or other critical situations. Take immediate and appropriate action in response to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances, including coordinating with local law enforcement if required. Regularly inspect and evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and protocols, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Salary N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
