Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Osun, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems. Conduct inspections and testing of construction materials and works. Monitor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and NCRs. Coordinate laboratory and field-testing activities. Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions. Liaise with project teams, consultants, clients, and testing laboratories. Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years' QA/QC experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials testing, concrete technology, and quality control processes. Familiarity with ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO, and other relevant standards. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. ISO 9001 Quality Management certification or membership of a recognized professional engineering body will be an added advantage.
