Source suitable professionals from Pukena's internal talent pool and external recruitment channels. Conduct structured phone screenings and candidate assessments. Coordinate previous-employer and guarantor/reference checks. Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists for clients. Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information. Ensure recruitment requests progress according to Pukena's policies and service standards.
