The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring the Group's commercial strategies are aligned with its long-term business objectives. Working closely with Executive Management and subsidiary leadership, the successful candidate will provide market intelligence, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations that enhance competitiveness, improve profitability, and position the Group for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by developing commercial initiatives that strengthen market penetration, customer acquisition, and business performance across subsidiaries. Develop and execute the Group's commercial and corporate strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and long-term growth plans. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, investments, and market expansion initiatives across the Group's businesses. Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to develop and implement growth strategies, improve commercial performance, and optimize profitability. Lead commercial planning by conducting market research, competitive analysis, industry assessments, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making. Support the Group's corporate positioning through stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and initiatives that strengthen the organization's reputation and market presence. Lead the development of corporate presentations, strategic reports, Board papers, business cases, and executive presentations. Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, regulators, financial institutions, investors, industry associations, and key business partners. Evaluate new business proposals, investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic collaborations, providing commercial and financial recommendations to Executive Management. Monitor commercial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives, recommending continuous improvement opportunities across the Group.
