Read more about this company Entry-Level IT Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 0 - 2 years Location Lagos City Surulere Job Field ICT / Computer Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Computer Science or a related field, with knowledge of software, programming, or hardware. Candidates currently undergoing NYSC are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide basic technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support the maintenance and management of IT equipment and systems. Assist with user account setup, access management, and basic system administration. Maintain proper records of IT assets and equipment. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or service provider. Support other IT-related projects and activities as required. Requirements A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates with a focus in Software, Programming, or Hardware are welcome to apply. NYSC members currently undergoing service are eligible to apply. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, or programming. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Internship or practical experience in IT will be an added advantage.
