The 32-room Hotel offers tastefully furnished deluxe executive and super executive rooms as well as one- and two-bedroom luxury suites. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Kitchen Assistant Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The role involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting chefs, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Training will be provided, so prior experience: is not compulsory. The Kitchen Assistant supports the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Support smooth kitchen operations at all times. Help with arranging and storing food items and supplies. Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards are followed. Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas tidy. Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting ingredients). Assist in setting up the kitchen before service and cleaning up after service. Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors. Keep the kitchen clean, including washing utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Requirements: / Qualifications Minimum of SSCE (preferred but not compulsory) with 0-1 year of experience. Experience: is not compulsory – training will be provided. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness. Honest, punctual, and hardworking. Willingness to learn and take corrections.
