Maintain accurate service records, ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment, and comply with all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures. Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leakages, blockages, water pressure, and drainage issues. Identify and resolve swimming pool-related faults Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, including inspection and maintenance of pool pumps, filtration systems, valves, pipes, drains, and circulation systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing or swimming pool-related issues. Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and swimming pool systems to identify potential faults and ensure efficient operation. Requirements: Ability to use specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools. 3+ years of experience: as a plumber in a maintenance facility. Very good organizational skills. Good observation skills. Minimum of trade test 1-3 certification. Very good communication skills. Must demonstrate technical knowledge of plumbing systems.
