We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and conversions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, and other marketing channels. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Promote the company’s logistics, delivery, haulage and related services.
