Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system and other payment channels. Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Assist with stock counting, inventory checks, and product restocking. Ensure proper handling and security of cash and company property. Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions. Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the sales area and cashier station. Welcome and attend to customers professionally and courteously. Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary. Requirements: Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
