The successful candidate will oversee all accounting and financial operations with strong emphasis on Cost Accounting, Inventory Control of raw materials & finished goods, and Production Costing. The Salary for this role is N400,000 Net. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor daily cash flow and support treasury activities Cost Accounting: Handle production costing, variance analysis, and cost control Inventory Control: Perform stock valuation, reconciliations, and ensure accurate inventory records Budgeting & Financial Planning: Assist in budget preparation and track budget performance Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll and ensure statutory deductions are remitted Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Handle VAT, WHT, PAYE filings and ensure compliance with FIRS/LIRS Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal control procedures Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoicing, follow-ups, and collections Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconcile supplier accounts Management Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports for management review Audit & Documentation: Support internal and external audit processes with proper documentation Banking & Foreign Transactions: Handle bank reconciliations and process foreign transactions Business Analysis: Provide basic financial analysis to support business decisions Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Accounting or related field.
