We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Housekeeping Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the property. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality services. Key Responsibilities: Manage housekeeping inventory, linen control, cleaning supplies, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and enhanced guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure timely room availability and prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations. Supervise, train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to achieve departmental objectives and maintain exceptional service quality. Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities meet the highest cleanliness standards.
