We are seeking high-performing Sales Officers to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and business development across Lagos, Abuja and Kano. Key Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion and onboarding. Follow up on prospective clients and convert qualified leads into paying customers. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on business development activities. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, networking and other business development channels. Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Conduct market visits and actively identify new business opportunities. Promote the company's financial products and services to prospective customers. Drive the acquisition of new customers and business opportunities. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant sales experience: within the financial services industry. Candidates must be able to show evidence of what they have actually sold, who they sold to, and the results they achieved. Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills. Experience: in commercial banking, finance houses, lending companies, microfinance banks, merchant banks, asset management, investment companies, or other relevant financial services institutions will be an advantage. Strong understanding of financial products and the ability to sell effectively to individuals and/or businesses. Ability to work independently and aggressively pursue sales opportunities. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and conduct field/business development activities when required. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities. Must be commercially minded, target-driven and results-oriented. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
