Key Responsibilities: Ensure proper specimen handling, documentation, and reporting of test results Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissues, and body fluids using standard procedures Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment while monitoring quality control measures Maintain a sterile laboratory environment and comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Manage laboratory inventory, prepare routine reports, and maintain confidentiality of patient information Support blood grouping, compatibility testing, and identification of infectious agents Requirements: Attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Registration and a valid practicing license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria Strong documentation, quality management, and laboratory data management skills Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) Minimum of one year of experience: in a similar role.
