We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Workplace Officer Location : Nigeria What makes this different This isn't a narrow admin function. You'll own multiple operational disciplines at once, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors rather than sitting in a single lane. Your work directly determines whether the Senior Lead can focus on governance and higher-risk priorities instead of firefighting. It's ownership with real visibility. What You'll Be Doing Manage day-to-day fleet administration, including documentation, permits, insurance, claims, fuel cards, and reconciliations. Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Procurement and Finance. Run facilities operations across the warehouse and territory locations, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and vendor follow-up. Coordinate logistics for meetings, employee events, and workplace activities. Coordinate local travel and accommodation, keeping arrangements accurate and within approved budgets. Own inventory management for workplace and warehouse supplies, including stock checks and discrepancy investigations. Process and reconcile airtime and data allocation for employee and field populations What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. 3-5 years' relevant experience: in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management. Demonstrated experience: independently managing multiple operational workstreams across internal teams and external vendors, ideally spanning fleet, facilities, travel, inventory, and events.
