We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Procurement Service Advisor Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Functional Area: Supply Chain Overall Purpose of Job Providing procurement advisory support withSupervision in the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil & Gas Industry. Responsibilities: Executing the following: Maintain comprehensive filing system, soft and hard copies. Obtaining quotes from suppliers. Maintain high degree of confidentiality of company documents. Ensure effective documentation of documents relating to each transaction. Managing suppliers of materials. Assist to ensure effective management of logistics on all orders. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders on all RFQS and purchase orders (POs). Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Electronic RFXs processing and management. Follow up on all submitted RFQs. Processing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) received on assigned accounts. Carry out other tasks that may be assigned by the SCM from time to time. Error-free computation of cost (Ex-works and DDP) of goods on MS Excel. Ensure reports on accounts are produced and disseminated as and when due. Validating purchase order documents. Person Specifications / Competencies Excellent analytical and numerical skill Supply Chain SAP Module knowledge is an added advantage. MS Office skills. Good grasp of Supply Chain Process in Upstream Oil and Gas Reporting skill Good multi-tasking skills. A good university Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
