Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Provide strategic and marketing plans to enable the attainment of GN MFB Revenue and profitability goals. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of deals, consistently meeting monthly disbursement and revenue targets. Provide prompt responses to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries. Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios to ensure timely repayment and mitigate credit risk. Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead. Requirements: Candidates should possess an HND in marketing or any other relevant course of study. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in SME banking in a financial institution. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing business loans and a quality portfolio. Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions. Good interpersonal relationship and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as meet deadlines.
