The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents. Evaluate contractor quotations and assist with procurement processes. Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow projections. Measure and value completed works for interim and final payments. Prepare variation orders, claims, and cost reports. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities. Support project teams with commercial and financial advice. Prepare final accounts and project close-out documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in quantity surveying or cost management. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage.
