The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring that all building and road infrastructure works are executed to the highest engineering standards. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and physical delivery, overseeing site teams, managing resources, and ensuring strict adherence to budget, quality, and health and safety (HSE) protocols. Oversee site preparation, earthworks, drainage systems, and structural development for both buildings and road construction. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Direct and mentor site supervisors, engineers, and technical staff to ensure high-performance standards. Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and relevant regulatory agencies. Manage contract administration, including tracking variations, project costs, and document control. Manage the procurement and deployment of heavy machinery, materials, and labor to maximize site efficiency. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to direct field teams effectively. Monitor daily site progress and provide accurate, detailed reports to senior management. Requirements: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD. Strong analytical skills for reporting, scheduling, and budget management. Proven ability to lead diverse teams, resolve technical disputes on-site, and manage high-pressure situations under strict deadlines.
