Capitol Hill Hospitals Limited is seeking a dedicated, competent, and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Review prescriptions and ensure appropriate medication use. Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal patient care. Monitor medication stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions. Participate in medication safety, infection prevention, quality improvement, and patient-care initiatives. Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely. Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation. Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, professional standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Provide professional counselling and guidance to patients on medication use, dosage, and possible side effects. Requirements: Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous learning. Good knowledge of medication management and patient safety practices. Possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) with 1 - 2 years work experience: Previous experience: in a hospital / clinical pharmacy setting is an advantage.
