The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across our social media platforms while executing high-performing advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content for social media platforms. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and sales. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally. Work closely with the sales and operations team to promote products and campaigns. Prepare monthly reports on social media growth and advertising performance. Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas. Manage the company's social media accounts, TikTok and Instagram Requirements: Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in creating and editing high-quality photo and video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Proven experience: as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role. Education: & Experience: Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in anyfield. At least 2 years of relevant experience: in social media management and digital advertising. Other Requirements: Applicants should reside on Lagos Island or its environs to ensure easy commute. Must be creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing.
