Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. Automotive or Logistics experience: is highly desirable. Requirements: Practical experience: in manufacturing accounting, including production costs, raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, inventory valuation, and cost of production. ICAN qualified – ACA is required. Automotive or Logistics experience: is highly desirable. Ability to perform cost analysis, variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial controls. Must reside in Lagos. Minimum of 3 years' relevant post-ICAN qualification experience. Must be available to resume immediately. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with financial data and reports. Strong experience: in inventory and stock accounting, including reconciliation and variance analysis. Good understanding of IFRS and Nigerian tax/accounting requirements. Experience: with accounting software/ERP systems; Zoho Books experience: is an advantage. Proven experience: in fleet accounting, including vehicle acquisition costs, maintenance costs, fuel expenses, depreciation, repairs, and fleet-related operating expenses. Experience: in fixed asset accounting, particularly vehicle and plant/equipment assets. Experience: preparing management accounts, financial reports, budgets, and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and month-end closing.
