We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Senior Supervision (Operations / Maintenance / Contract Engineering) Services Personnel Location : Nigeria Start Date: 1st Sept 2026 Job Category: Engineering Job Type: Full Time Roles and Responsibilities: The PACO/PLANNING/ELECTRICAL Supervisor will be responsible for the following: Supervise preparation of equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required. Perform daily first line monitoring of process parameters and variables. Perform basic troubleshooting on wells and facilities to ensure stability. Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities. Ensure optimized chemical injection rates are followed as advised. Execute daily communication and Shift handover Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions, plant isolation etc. Monitor, control and record production rates and performance. Prepare the wells and facilities/equipment for (re) commencement of production/processing. Serves as PTW signatory Perform periodic well integrity assurance tasks and activities. Perform monthly well test and sampling of producing wells. Participate in console review meeting, Daily notification and YTT review meeting Apply the emergency response procedure where and when necessary.
