We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager who will take ownership of our production operations, lead our team, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Responsible For Ensure at least 95% compliance with quality, safety, and production standards• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented• Monitor production costs and implement measures targeting a 5% annual reduction in production costs• Track and improve team productivity, targeting a 10% increase quarterly Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities• Lead and improve production team performance Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime• Initiate and implement at least two process improvement projects annually to improve production efficiency Monitor production output, waste, and other key production KPIs• Prepare regular production reports for management Requirements: Who We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree/HND in a relevant field Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience: in food, FMCG, or a related industry is an advantage 1–2 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience: Good knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards Salary Range N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
