Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abeokuta & Ogun State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, cash books, and general ledger postings. Managing fixed assets and ensuring proper documentation. Processing statutory payments, such as Withholding Tax, promptly. Monitoring receivables and ensuring prompt collections. Preparing management accounts (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Conducting bank reconciliations and analysing budget performance. Supporting budgeting, reporting, and audit processes. Generating financial reports, dashboards, and templates. Providing secretariat support to the Finance Committee as may be assigned. Driving process improvements in collaboration with the Head, Finance. Performing any other duties within the scope of the role. Requirements: Minimum qualification of HND. 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
