We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory Officer (Graduate Trainee) Location: Oniru - VI, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient movement of inventory across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation. Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock items. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock. Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory. Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Able to work weekends Saturday half day 8am to 2pm. Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience: in inventory or store management is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
