The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with company policies. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Port Harcourt & Rivers State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Support the recruitment and selection process from job posting to onboarding. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates. Prepare job descriptions, interview schedules, offer letters, and other recruitment documents. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and personnel files. Monitor employee attendance, leave, lateness, and other HR-related activities. Assist in implementing company HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Experience: with HRIS or HR management software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
