Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will: Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and advisory notes. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Manage litigation matters, including preparing court processes, filing court documents, and attending court proceedings where required.
