Maintain accurate records of costs, variations, and payments. Monitor project costs against budgets and provide cost reports. Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents. Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements. Review quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and assess variations. Prepare and evaluate valuations, payment applications, and final accounts. Requirement and Qualifications 3 – 5 years’ experience, preferably in civil construction. B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations, and cost control.
