Working directly with the Directors , you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, improve organisational performance, strengthen governance and ensure strategic priorities are delivered This is a senior executive leadership role for a commercially astute, strategic and results-driven professional who can translate vision into execution. Key Responsibilities: As General Manager, you will: Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance. Lead strategic planning, budgeting and operational execution. Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs. Lead the execution of the Group's strategic objectives. Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams. Oversee operations across multiple business units and programmes. Support in executing strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives. Manage departmental performance and accountability. Represent the organisation with investors, partners, regulators and key stakeholders. Identify new business and partnership opportunities. Drive organisational growth, efficiency and profitability. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A track record of driving organisational growth and operational excellence. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities. At least 7 years in a senior management or executive leadership role. Strong commercial, financial and operational management skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred). Demonstrated experience: managing multiple teams, business units or organisations.
