Key Responsibilities: Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance obligations. Liaise with regulators, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders. Prepare compliance reports for Executive Management and the Board. Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and regulatory compliance across the organization. Lead compliance audits, investigations, and monitoring activities. Review and update company policies and procedures. Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop, implement, and oversee the Company's compliance framework. Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a senior compliance leadership role. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
