Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential customers. Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, repayment terms, and other relevant information to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Collect and review required customer documents and ensure applications are properly completed. Follow up on loan applications from submission through approval and disbursement. Meet assigned sales and loan disbursement targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and sales activities. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance. Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with company policies and procedures. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition strategies. Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the loan process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any relevant discipline. Must have completed NYSC. Previous experience: in sales, business development, financial services, microfinance, or lending is an advantage. Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Ability to work independently and carry out field activities. Must be target-driven and results-oriented. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications. High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
