We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Production & Machinery Manager Locations: Abuja and Kaduna Mandate Technical production execution, machinery readiness & equipment lifecycle coordination Key Responsibilities: Detect and escalate technical or operational bottlenecks affecting production continuity Ensure equipment reliability through downtime prevention and routine maintenance management Monitor equipment utilisation patterns and capacity constraints Supervise machine setup and operations, enforce usage discipline, and oversee operator activities and on-ground production execution Drive evaluation, acquisition coordination, and integration of new production equipment Define machinery, equipment upgrade, or expansion requirements: based on: New SKUs Processing capacity gaps Facility user demand Production constraints Maintain production stability, processing execution efficiency, and output discipline Identify shortages, variances, and replenishment requirements: Coordination with Product & Processing Manager for full alignment Direct and oversee in-house assistants and engage ad-hoc processing personnel as required to meet production and food processing demands Track raw materials usage, packaging inputs, and production consumables Core Objective Maintain machinery readiness, production stability & scalable equipment capacity Salary N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
