The Refinery Lead will oversee refinery operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant processing of petroleum products. Key Responsibilities: Innovation & Sustainability: Drive adoption of cleaner technologies and sustainable refinery practices. Refinery Operations: Direct daily refinery processes including crude oil distillation, product blending, and quality assurance. Marine & Logistics Integration: Align refinery output with marine transport services for domestic and international supply. Environmental Management: Collaborate with the environmental consultancy unit to minimize emissions, manage waste, and implement pollution control measures. Supply Chain Coordination: Work with the petroleum marketing and haulage divisions to guarantee timely product distribution. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian regulatory standards, environmental laws, and international best practices. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as throughput, yield, downtime, and cost efficiency. Team Leadership: Supervise engineers, technicians, and operators; provide training and mentorship.
