Collaborate with the accounts head to ensure smooth financial operations. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Inventory Management: Prepare periodic stock reports (monthly/quarterly/annually. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements. Implementing inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize storage space. Assist in performing regular inventory counts and reconciliations. Utilizing inventory management software or systems to track inventory movements accurately. Handling returns, exchanges and damaged goods. Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards. Assist with the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory filings. Keep abreast of changes in accounting practices and inventory management techniques. Adhere to internal controls and company policies to safeguard assets and data. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
