We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Electrician Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary CasaLavoro Limited is seeking a competent and safety-conscious Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across the company's properties and construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure that electrical systems, equipment, lighting, power supply, and related installations operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with generator, inverter, solar, and other power-related maintenance where required. Report major electrical faults, hazards, material requirements, and unresolved issues to the supervisor. Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance and repairs. Diagnose electrical faults and carry out appropriate repairs. Ensure proper use and accountability of electrical materials. Test electrical systems and equipment after installation or repairs. Conduct routine electrical inspections and preventive maintenance. Isolate power sources appropriately before carrying out repair or maintenance work. Troubleshoot power supply issues and electrical breakdowns. Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns. Install and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, distribution boards, breakers, and related electrical components. Read and interpret basic electrical drawings, diagrams, and layouts. Coordinate with other maintenance personnel, contractors, and site teams. Monitor and maintain electrical tools and equipment. Identify electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions. Perform other duties reasonably assigned by management. Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment. Perform electrical installations for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. Ensure all electrical work complies with company safety requirements: and applicable electrical standards. Use appropriate PPE and safety equipment at all times. Requirements: Knowledge of electrical safety procedures. Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant electrical experience. Good communication and teamwork skills. Trade certification or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field. Ability to respond to emergency electrical faults. Strong knowledge of electrical installations, wiring, distribution systems, and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. Practical experience: in residential, commercial, or construction electrical systems.
