Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Administer and maintain endpoint security and network security solutions to Provide IT help desk support to users both remotely and on-site. ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues to safeguard organizational IT assets. Install, configure, and maintain structured cabling systems, wired and wireless networks, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure devices. Perform routine preventive maintenance, system health checks, and performance monitoring of IT infrastructure. Install, configure, administer, and provide user support for the organization's email systems. Configure, administer, and maintain backup, storage, and archiving solutions for work files, databases, and other critical organizational data. Perform regular backup integrity checks and restoration tests to ensure data reliability and recoverability. Ensure that system backups are performed daily and archived in accordance with the organization's backup retention policy Provide remote technical support to branch offices and outstations. Install, upgrade, and replace computer hardware components, including memory (RAM), expansion cards, storage devices, and other peripherals as required. Configure, deploy, and maintain on-premises virtual machines and virtualization infrastructure. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licensing, security, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure technologies and cloud services. Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and other networking concepts.
