Ensure all repairs meet required quality and safety standards . Monitor the quality of panel beating, painting, mechanical, and bodywork repairs. Identify defects, rework, and recurring quality problems. Establish and maintain quality-control procedures for the workshop. Conduct final quality inspections before vehicles are released to customers. Ensure correct use of tools, equipment, and repair procedures. Review customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions. Maintain quality inspection reports and repair records. Work closely with panel beaters, spray painters, mechanics, service advisors, and management. Train staff on quality standards and proper repair procedures.
