Monitor customer feedback, identify areas for improvement and ensure complaints are properly resolved. Ensure that facilities, recreational areas, lounge spaces and guest areas are clean, safe, attractive and properly maintained. Plan and manage events, special occasions, group visits and corporate bookings. Supervise tourism and hospitality staff, assign duties and monitor their performance. Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming and memorable experience: for guests. Perform any other duties related to tourism, hospitality and recreational operations as assigned by management. Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, health and safety requirements: and applicable gaming regulations. Ensure that all tourism and hospitality activities are delivered professionally and in line with the organisation's brand and standards. Develop and coordinate recreational activities, tours, games, events and other guest experiences. Develop attractive tourism packages, promotions and customer engagement initiatives. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Good computer skills and familiarity with tourism or booking systems.
