This includes sourcing materials, equipment, chemicals, consumables, and professional services in a cost-effective, timely, and compliant manner. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement plans for goods and services in alignment with operational budgets and project schedules. Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors, suppliers, and service providers through a structured prequalification process. Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and manage the bid evaluatIon process. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to achieve best value for money. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with Finance for timely payment to vendors. Ensure all procurement activities comply with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act and NCDMB guidelines. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor database, contract register, and procurement tracker. Coordinate with the Stores/Warehouse team to monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as required. Track and expedite delivery of purchased goods and services to ensure alignment with project and operational timelines. Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid supply chain disruptions. Ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities for audit purposes and regulatory compliance. Prepare periodic procurement reports including spend analysis, savings reports, and supplier performance reviews. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Professional membership of CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) or CIPSMN is an added advantage. Minimum of 4 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas, energy, or engineering sector. Working knowledge of NCDMB requirements, Nigerian Content procurement plans, and NIPEX portal operations. Experience with ERP procurement modules (Tally, Oracle Procurement, or similar). Familiarity with INCOTERMS, import/export procedures, and freight management for oilfield equipment.
