This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, email, events, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Oversee content creation, messaging, and branding to ensure consistency and impact. Manage and grow the company’s online presence through SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs; prepare and present reports to senior leadership. Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, CRM systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with content marketing, email automation, and inbound marketing. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to manage teams and mentor junior marketers. Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation tactics.
