Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maximize financial stability and mitigate risk. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee the preparation of regulatory and compliance filings, including tax returns and financial disclosures. Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage and oversee all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience: in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. At least a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation required. Other Professional and Industry Certifications are an added advantage.
