We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Inventory Data & Warehouse Officer Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Data & Warehouse Officer to support inventory management, warehouse operations, and product data administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, creating products in the ERP/POS system, managing warehouse organization, and supporting stock control activities. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Data Management: Update stock records and inventory transactions Create and maintain product records in the ERP/POS system Generate and manage product barcodes Categorize products accurately within the inventory system Ensure inventory database accuracy and completeness Monitor and correct inventory discrepancies Warehouse Operations: Monitor stock movement and transfers Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits Retrieve products for internal departments when required Organize warehouse storage locations for efficient operations Ensure proper warehouse arrangement and housekeeping standards Support inventory reconciliation activities Shelve and label products appropriately Requirements: Ability to handle inventory data with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and within a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy SSCE qualification with 0–2 years of experience: in Inventory Management, Data Entry, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills Technical Skills: Ability to prepare inventory and stock reports Experience: using ERP, POS, or Inventory Management Systems Good computer literacy and data management skills Knowledge of barcode generation and inventory tracking processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualities: High level of attention to detail Good time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong integrity and accountability Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
