Provide airport pickup and drop-off services for guests when required. Transport guests to business meetings, tourist attractions, restaurants, and other locations as assigned. Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and respectful service at all times. Conduct daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components. Keep hotel vehicles clean, presentable, and in good operating condition. Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel transportation policies. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance. Report vehicle faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements: promptly to management. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when necessary. Plan routes efficiently to ensure punctual arrival and departure. Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel guests and their activities. Assist the hotel team with transportation-related duties as required. Ensure hotel vehicles are securely parked when not in use.
