We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Project Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Site Delivery: Ensure site is completed and handed over "ready for installation" per SOW and specifications Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to design drawings. Oversee all civil and structural works Client Interface & Reporting: Manage BOQ: track quantities, variations, and reconcile with procurement Lead stakeholder engagement with community, vendors, landlords, and regulatory bodies. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedule, resource plan, and budget tracking Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company QA / QC procedures Manage risks, issues, and change requests on site Closeout & Handover: Compile as-built documents, test reports, and handover pack Secure client sign-off and final project closeout. Ensure site readiness for closure Required Qualifications & Experience: Tools: Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, AutoCAD reading. Experience: 10+ years managing telecom, civil, or infrastructure site projects. Tower/Telecom site experience: strongly preferred Education: B.Eng / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 is an advantage Skills: Strong BOQ management, reporting, and client management skills Technical Knowledge: Understanding of TSS, foundation works, tower erection, earthing, retaining walls, and fencing Key Competencies: Strong leadership and problem-solving on site Commercial awareness: cost control, BOQ, and variation management HSE conscious and quality-driven Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
