We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Project Manager Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Site Delivery: Ensure site is completed and handed over "ready for installation" per SOW and specifications Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and adherence to design drawings. Oversee all civil and structural works Client Interface & Reporting: Manage BOQ: track quantities, variations, and reconcile with procurement Lead stakeholder engagement with community, vendors, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
